Not recommended for families seeking luxury

I even picked the "PREMIUM DOUBLE ROOM" cause they advertised it well, but when I arrived, they handed me the key to room #7 instead of #11. The only good thing was the view from the room, but it was frustrating thinking I paid for something special and getting. well. pretty much the opposite.

It wasn't exactly a bargain either.

The beachfront access was excellent. The rooms were vibrant and clean with lovely layouts. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast offered great variety each morning. The location is convenient for exploring nearby shops and restaurants. 🌴

the standard queen room had air conditioning, a private bathroom, and free toiletries. breakfast included a variety of options like fresh fruit and pastries. beach access was super close, with sun loungers ready for relaxing. the hotel is just a stroll away from the main pedestrian road with plenty of dining spots and shops.

Had an amazing time with my group of friends! We visited the Serenity Beach Club and enjoyed the stunning Caribbean views while lounging on the beach. The staff was super friendly, and the drinks were fantastic! Remember, beach towel service is from 10:00 to 18:00. The location was perfect for wandering downtown and grabbing dinner too.

There’s a severe shortage of beach loungers!!! The water pressure in the showers is disappointing, and the Wi-Fi connection is practically non-existent!!! Better organization for towels and room amenities is needed!!!

I had an amazing time with the comfortable pool view room and the delicious breakfast spread every morning. The beach area was beautiful, although it got busy with loungers. I'd definitely go back!

It was a commendable fit for exploring town in Isla Holbox with attractive and competitive value for money. I watched the spectacular sunset from the beachfront, a real treat! Be sure to bring insect repellent to avoid the mosquitoes.
